If you are looking for a beautiful, modern, comfortable, well located, well oriented flat with terraces, in a green and quiet environment, you have found it!

This recently restored 2-bedroom flat (non-smoking) for 4 people is located on the 4th and top floor of a building on the edge of the Mijas golf course, a few kilometres from the beaches, with a low-traffic access road.

There is a communal swimming pool just a few metres from the building for your refreshment. It is positioned so that you will never be disturbed by the screams of children playing in it.

The flat is bright, with a clear view. On the bedroom side, there is an east-facing terrace with views over the countryside and the Mijas Pueblo mountain, ideal for breakfast. On the opposite side, overlooking the living and dining room, is a west-facing terrace, which is sunny from midday until sunset, with views over part of the Mijas golf course.

On this terrace there is a large table. And for your own relaxation, there are sun loungers or outdoor armchairs.

The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge-freezer, conventional oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, dishwasher and a large wine fridge.

The living room is equipped with a state-of-the-art television with a large screen. Many channels, but also Netflix.

In a corner of the living room, there is a desk where you can put your computer. A 27" screen is at your disposal. The flat has a fibre optic connection (600/600) and wifi throughout.

There are two bedrooms: the first one, with a king size bed of 1.80 m x 2.00 m, and a bathroom with a double washbasin, a large bathtub, an Italian shower and a toilet. The second bedroom is completely independent and has two 0.90m x 2.00m beds (which can be joined together to form a 1.80m bed) with a bathroom containing a washbasin, a shower and a toilet, as well as a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided.Soaps and shampoos are also provided.

The flat is fully air-conditioned, bringing you coolness in summer and warmth in winter. There are also large fans, if you don't like air conditioning.

For your safety, there is smoke and CO2 detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit. The front door is secured. Safe deposit box.

In the basement of the building, you have a large parking space, directly connected to the flat by a lift.

Whether you are a golfer or not, you will enjoy a superb view of part of the "Los Lagos" course at the Mijas Golf Club, including hole 3, which passes at the foot of the terrace.

If you want to get around without a car, there is a bus stop at the foot of the building, which will take you directly either to the centre of Fuengirola, very close to the beach, or to the large Miramar shopping centre.

There is also a taxi service at very reasonable prices.

Malaga International Airport is 29 km away.

You are only a few minutes drive from Fuengirola, its beaches, shops, attractions and numerous restaurants (almost 1,000!), including, 700 metres away, the luxury hotel "La Zambra" (formerly "Byblos"), with its chic bars and restaurants.

There are also 17 golf courses within a 30 km radius: a golfer's paradise in the region known as the "Costa del Golf".
